All labour and parts costs are included

This means that we will visit your site as many times as necessary to fix the problem and all parts are free of charge, including expensive items like fuser rollers, jet direct cards and main boards.

Guaranteed prices that are fixed and will not go up

So you can budget for 12, 24 or 36 months.

Guaranteed response times that are flexible to suit your needs

Our standard is 8 hours nationwide, but 2 and 4 hour response is available in certain areas.

We will solve the problem on site when ever possible

The engineers are fully trained and go through regular updates for training on new printers. They also carry all parts with them, so the vast majority of repairs are completed on the first visit.

We will be proactive whenever possible

Typically, every 6 months we will arrange preventative service cleans, which ensure all your printers are running at optimum performance. This will save you downtime as we will proactively avoid problems before they occur.

You will benefit from a free printer if needed

If any of your printers are no longer repairable, then we will offer you an equivalent replacement printer to keep free of charge! Imagine how much money this could save you as well as giving you peace of mind.

You will benefit from a dedicated account manager

This will guarantee that the service level promised is being continually achieved. Monthly reports detailing all calls that have been logged and completed can be issued to you allowing you to monitor our performance.
